Baltic architectural mesh acts as a wind shield in the entrance area of the stairwells at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire, UK.

There were several good reasons why the architects at HOK selected Baltic stainless steel architectural mesh from GKD. The flexible nature of the metal mesh allowed the sweeping shape of the towers to be integrated into the façade design concept. With a total area of 1,700 m², it was thereby possible to create a homogeneous architectural style with an impressive appearance.
