Steel Innovation Award for architectural mesh

The Steel Innovation Award is offered every three years by the German Steel Federation, Düsseldorf, Germany. Back in 2006, GKD received this prestigious award in the category “steel design” for their innovative product development MEDIAMESH^®. This was the second time after 1994 when the idea of implementing the industrial raw material metal mesh in the fields of architecture convinced the jury.
