Your Tasks

In the course of our transformation and digitization, we are looking for support to professionally accompany developing initiatives in the area of Learning & Development. Drive our growth in collaboration with our other HR disciplines (Talent Acquisition, Administration) and contribute to shaping the future:

• You are jointly responsible for the target group-oriented continuous improvement of our training offer (e-learning, blended learning and face-to-face) for all employees 
• With your expertise and passion, you will contribute to developing and establishing a culture of continuous learning
• You work on measures to measure (international) employee engagement
• You contribute your ideas and accompany our digitalization journey
• You support the development and implementation of career and competency models
• You are responsible for operational competence management
• You contribute to the sustainable optimization of our management selection and development

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in psychology or a comparable subject (sociology, business administration with a focus on human resources, etc.) and ideally have practical experience in the field of learning and development
• You are experienced in dealing with questionnaire construction and evaluation
• You have a strong service orientation and a very structured way of working
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and have no problems communicating in German and English
• We expect you to be confident with the common MS Office tools
