Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for our global processes of product group, supplier and risk management.
  • You drive the source-to-contract process (supplier qualification) as well as the global sourcing of alternative production / non-production suppliers.

  • You also take care of stakeholder management and are the point of contact for external suppliers and internal interface partners.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, supply chain and/or an alternative field of study or have a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in (strategic) procurement or supply chain management in an industrial company
  • You are experienced in project and/or process management
  • You have experience in the automotive environment as well as in the field of quality and ideally have a qualification as an auditor according to IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3
  • You have a strong technical understanding and a high affinity for the topic of sustainability in supply chains
  • You have strong analytical skills paired with a high affinity for numbers
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and your excellent problem-solving skills 
  • You are business fluent in German and English (due to the global nature of the position) In addition, occasional business trips are no problem for you

Your Tasks

In the role as “Head of Global Accounting & Finance (m/f/d)” you will report directly to our CFO, actively contribute to the implementation of strategic goals and take global responsibility for the following topics in our finance team: 

  • Treasury: you will be responsible for liquidity management including long-term cash pooling.
  • Financing: You will manage the analysis, planning and implementation of financing models, such as syndicated loans or SME bonds.
  • Process Optimization and Digitalization: You analyze existing processes globally, identify potential for improvement and implement the necessary measures efficiently. You will support the Group-wide introduction of SAP on the part of accounting and develop and support digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Transfer Pricing: You will develop and implement our transfer pricing strategy, e.g. by helping to shape and monitor our Group-wide transfer pricing guidelines and managing intercompany agreements.
  • Participation Management: You will play a central role in the support of start-ups and closures/purchase or sale of participations as well as dividend management.
  • Reporting: You will be involved in the preparation of (monthly) management reports and analyses.
  • Advice and Collaboration: As a (global) contact person, you will support the team, other business units and external stakeholders such as tax advisors and auditors and work closely with the Executive Board.
  • Responsibility: You shape the sustainable further development of the department and set an inspiring example.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, finance, law or a related field and have a broad theoretical knowledge.
  • You are a strong leader with several years of professional experience in managing and building global teams, ideally in an internationally operating industrial company.
  • You also have very good knowledge of ERP systems, knowledge of SAP FI is desirable.
  • You have sound knowledge of HGB, IFRS is advantageous.
  • You have already successfully demonstrated your expertise in liquidity management on several occasions.
  • You have strong communication skills in German (fluent) and English (business fluent).
  • You are characterized by your proactive and structured way of working. Personally, you impress us with your strong team spirit and high level of social skills.
