Your Tasks

In the Research and Development division, we conduct research into highly innovative and sustainable topics such as AI, microplastic filtration, electrolysis, etc. We work closely with universities, institutes and research facilities as part of various project initiatives. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to help shape our future products and markets in a sustainable way.

• You will be responsible for the numerical simulation of fabrics
• You will develop new fabric structures and characterize their properties
• You validate the measurement results in the laboratory
• You develop new measurement and simulation methods (both hardware and software)
• You support our customers with numerical calculations
• You are in close contact with various internal departments such as sales, product management and development as well as engineering

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of all IT systems as a member of the IT supply team
• Needs analysis, consulting and procurement of hardware and software
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of physical and virtual MS Windows and Linux servers as well as LAN/VLAN/WLAN/VPN network structures
• Administration of servers, clients and applications on the basis of security guidelines including access authorisations
• Error analysis in case of hardware and software malfunctions in cooperation with the corresponding service providers
• Technical support of the departments in solving problems in IT systems (1st and 2nd level support)
• Creation and updating of technical documentation and training materials as well as conducting training courses

Your Tasks

We are currently in the process of setting up and rolling out a global supply chain management system and are looking for support, particularly with regard to strategic procurement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the business area and making it ready for the future, as well as taking on more process responsibility in the future perspectively.

• You are responsible for our global processes of product group, supplier and risk management.
• You drive the source-to-contract process (supplier qualification) as well as the global sourcing of alternative production / non-production suppliers.
• You manage global RFPs, conduct regular supplier meetings and strategic negotiations and make the supplier selection in the cross-functional team.
• You analyze and evaluate relevant global procurement markets and (market) trends and develop and implement global purchasing and supplier strategies.
• You identify optimization potential and contribute to the continuous improvement of strategic procurement by sharing best practices (global trends and innovations).
• You will lead strategic supply chain projects and actively work on cross-functional topics such as ensuring all legal and compliance-related guidelines to secure global supply chains or escalations from operational ordering.
• You carry out supplier audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3. and accompany potential analyses and risk assessments.
• You also take care of stakeholder management and are the point of contact for external suppliers and internal interface partners.

Your Tasks

In the role as “Head of Global Accounting & Finance (m/f/d)” you will report directly to our CFO, actively contribute to the implementation of strategic goals and take global responsibility for the following topics in our finance team: 

• Treasury: you will be responsible for liquidity management including long-term cash pooling.
• Financing: You will manage the analysis, planning and implementation of financing models, such as syndicated loans or SME bonds.
• Process Optimization and Digitalization: You analyze existing processes globally, identify potential for improvement and implement the necessary measures efficiently. You will support the Group-wide introduction of SAP on the part of accounting and develop and support digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Transfer Pricing: You will develop and implement our transfer pricing strategy, e.g. by helping to shape and monitor our Group-wide transfer pricing guidelines and managing intercompany agreements.
• Participation Management: You will play a central role in the support of start-ups and closures/purchase or sale of participations as well as dividend management.
• Reporting: You will be involved in the preparation of (monthly) management reports and analyses.
• Advice and Collaboration: As a (global) contact person, you will support the team, other business units and external stakeholders such as tax advisors and auditors and work closely with the Executive Board.
• Responsibility: You shape the sustainable further development of the department and set an inspiring example.
