Your Tasks

  • Planning and execution of internal and external audits (process, system and supplier audits)
  • Perform maturity analysis of processes and evaluation of possible risk potentials related to the project/the overall organization
  • Identification of optimization potentials as well as implementation of methods from the areas of Lean and Agile Management
  • Global responsibility for the harmonization of processes
  • Close cooperation with the supply chain team to uncover risk potentials in supply chains
  • Drive knowledge transfer between all GKD sites and best practice within the company

Your Profile

  • You have a successfully completed degree (e.g. business administration, (industrial) engineering) as well as relevant practical experience in quality management with auditing activities in a global environment
  • Sound knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001/14001/50001, IATF)
  • Project management skills as well as problem solving techniques and methodological competence (e.g. Six Sigma in quality management)
  • A high IT affinity, confident handling of MS-Office as well as systems such as ERP, MES, DMS, Q-Software
  • Fluent English and German and willingness to travel internationally
  • You enrich our team with conceptual and implementation strength, a hands-on mentality
