Your Tasks

  • Continuous maintenance and further development of our communication concepts and channels with a focus on video and podcasts 
  • Support and advice on projects and issues relating to external and internal communication  
  • Creation, coordination and implementation of multimedia content in the form of images, video and text  
  • Continuous development and implementation of creative ideas to improve internal communication and collaboration within the company 
  • Continuous cross-divisional and cross-location editorial planning and content creation for the intranet and employee magazine 
  • Supporting and developing our internal and external social media activities with a focus on Group topics and expanding our thought leadership activities

Your Profile

  • Completed studies with a focus on communication, marketing, journalism, media production or comparable training  
  • At least three years of professional experience in corporate communications or content marketing in a company or PR agency  
  • Very good knowledge of social media tools/platforms (especially LinkedIn) and content and community maintenance 
  • Experience with and enjoyment of video and/or podcast formats 
  • Graphic flair and good knowledge of common image editing and video editing programmes desirable 
  • Strong communication skills and textual confidence 
  • A high degree of initiative and creativity combined with a structured way of working and conceptual strength 
  • Commitment, ability to work in a team, flexibility and intercultural competence 
  • English language skills at native speaker level
