Your Tasks

  •  Anchor Business Process Management (BPM) in the corporate culture worldwide
  • Ensure successful implementation of strategic change initiatives in the organization with a focus on process modeling and optimization
  • Establish a globally consistent process map as a company-wide controlling instrument
  • Collaborate on strategic projects (for example global introduction of ERP / MES system)
  • Consider and use new technologies from the field of Industry 4.0
  • Define clear project goals and milestones and take responsibility for on-time and on-budget project implementation
  • Process analysis, optimization, and implementation of methods and concepts from the fields of Lean and Agile Management
  • Create reports and bases for decision making
  • Drive knowledge transfer between all sites and best practices within the company

Your Profile

  • You have a successfully completed technical Master's degree or diploma in business administration, industrial engineering, quality management, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have already gained several years of relevant professional experience in process and project management in an internationally active industrial or consulting company
  • You have expertise in leading cross-divisional international projects with a focus on quality and process management.
  • You have sound knowledge of management systems (ISO, IATF)
  • You are proficient in problem-solving techniques and methodological competence such as Six Sigma in quality management
  • You also have a high affinity for IT and are proficient in MS Office and systems such as ERP, MES, DMS and Q-Software.
  • You enrich our team with conceptual and implementation skills, a hands-on mentality, holistic thinking, good communication skills and team orientation.
