OSB (Oriented Strand Board) panels are often used in structural and construction applications. The production of these panels primarily takes place in continuous presses, where coarse chips are arranged in several layers and pressed under high pressure. For product quality, a uniform distribution and stable guidance of the material during the pressing process is crucial.

Primarily used in the North American market, the surfaces of OSB panels are embossed on one side. Our robust process belts made from metal fabric are precisely tailored to the embossing requirements of OSB production. Our fabrics are characterized by high abrasion resistance and temperature resistance. This ensures uniform compaction even under high press pressures and production speeds.

In addition, our spirals and fabrics made from hydrolysis-resistant material ensure optimal steaming of the product cake, contributing significantly to increased efficiency in production.
