Setting the standard for low-temperature dryers

Wood shavings, fermentation residues, or biomass must be dried before further processing. The 5065 drying belt with CONDUCTO® technology for low-temperature dryers has set new standards and become established in the market. It features a special fabric structure that, with a very fine mesh, ensures high air permeability. This results in optimal drying results and, thanks to the fabric’s filtering properties, simultaneously reduces dust emissions to a minimum.

The 5065 drying belt with CONDUCTO® technology can be used at operating temperatures of up to 130 °C. Integrated bronze wires permanently prevent electrostatic charging according to ATEX standards. Due to its outstanding properties, the process belt is used by leading machine manufacturers worldwide in all common low-temperature dryers.
