Marketing Assistant / Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Marketing is your passion, you see yourself as a true all-round talent and have an overview of the wide range of key topics. Thanks to your broad interest and wealth of experience, you will support our marketing team independently in all matters that arise: 

  • You support the management and maintenance of the global websites
  • You will work on editorial planning and content creation for our multichannel communication
  • You keep an eye on our social media activities and provide support with maintenance and further development 
  • With your organizational talent, you relieve our colleagues in the organization, implementation and follow-up of trade fairs and events
  • You take care of general administrative and organizational activities, especially budget & cost control
  • You will help with the organization and implementation of video shoots and photo shoots
  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating our company presentations
  • You will manage and expand our range of advertising materials

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree, preferably in marketing, or have relevant professional experience (at least three years in an industrial company)
  • You are experienced in project management and in managing external partners (e.g. printers, translation service providers, etc.)
  • You have a problem-solving-oriented and well-structured way of working in combination with a certain degree of "hands-on mentality"
  • You are able to drive forward several topics and tasks simultaneously without losing sight of the goal
  • You enjoy contributing new ideas and impulses and supporting others
  • You have good knowledge of social media (especially LinkedIn) as well as content and community maintenance
  • Your strong communication skills and textual confidence round off your profile
