Become a quality assurance specialist with GKD

As a textile laboratory technician, you ensure that our products are free of defects and in the
high quality we want to offer come to the customer.

Quality assurance is your daily business. You get to the bottom of defects
and ensure accurate process monitoring. If you notice any deficiencies,
you search for traces and can thus uncover disturbances in the production process. In this way, you ensure that only flawless working materials are processed for our customers and ultimately released for sale. Creativity is in demand when it comes to developing new products or researching suitable textile solutions.

• Prerequisite at least Realschulabschluss: Fachoberschulreife
• Final examination at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
• Training period: 3,5 years
• Training locations: training company (laboratory), vocational school
