The Team

The Corporate Development team at our headquarters in Düren has the task of driving the growth of the GKD Group through strategic international projects. Currently, these are mainly in the areas of digital transformation and process optimization. We function here as a small central consulting unit and work closely together with different sites and departments. From analysis and concept development to final implementation, we drive the projects forward and ensure that they are successfully transferred to the line organization.

Your tasks

• Support of the project management in the organization, planning and implementation of the project
• Preparation of and participation in workshops, presentations, meetings
• Performing analyses, data evaluation and preparation
• Creation of concepts in consultation with the project management and preparation of presentation templates for the board of directors
• Research on a wide variety of facts and topics
• Work closely with staff from all departments and at all international locations, forwarding questions and concerns and assisting project staff in the execution of project tasks.

Your profile

• You are currently completing your studies and are at least in the 4th semester. Enrolled in the first semester at a technical college or university
• Your field of study: economics, industrial engineering or process engineering
• If you have already gained initial work experience through previous internships in the areas of process, quality, production management, this is an advantage
• You feel confident in the use of MS Office
• You also have a high affinity for new media in your luggage
• You enrich our team with an independent way of working, initiative and an open communicative personality
• Stylish spoken and written German and English round off your profile

Our offering

We offer you an interesting, varied internship for 4-5 months (wish: 6 months) with the possibility of fast, practice-oriented work. Due to our flat hierarchies, you are directly involved in the project activities.
