The team

The PQS (Processes, Quality, Sustainability) team ensures that things run smoothly. The performance of our own processes as well as external ones is the foundation of our actions. In process optimization, we analyze existing processes, oriented to our own goals and strategy, identify weak points, and thus secure our supply chain. The qualitative analysis of existing operations processes and initiating improvement measures in cooperation with experts as well as ensuring successful implementation and sustainable evaluation are essential. With the help of data analysis, we identify potential for improvement and ask questions that perhaps no one has asked before.

Your tasks

• Support the project management in organizing, planning, and implementing the project
• Prepare and participate in workshops, presentations, meetings
• Perform analyses, data evaluation, and data preparation
• Create concepts in consultation with the project management and prepare presentation drafts for the Executive Board
• Research a wide range of issues and topics
• Work closely with employees from all departments and at all international locations, forward questions and concerns, and support project staff in the execution of project tasks

Your profile

• You are currently completing your studies and are enrolled in at least the fourth semester at a university or university of applied sciences
• Your field of study: economics, industrial engineering, or process engineering
• If you have already gained some work experience through previous internships in the areas of process, quality, or production management, this is an advantage
• You are confident using MS Office
• You also have a strong affinity for new media
• You enrich our team with an independent way of working, initiative, and an open, communicative personality
• German and English, both written and spoken, with a high degree of stylistic confidence round off your profile

Our offering

• We offer you an interesting, varied internship for 4-5 months (preferably 6 months) with the opportunity for fast, practice-oriented work. Due to our flat hierarchies, you are directly involved in the project activities.
