As a digital management assistant at GKD, you will drive forward processes and help us to optimize them with suitable IT systems and make them faster and smoother.
Together with your colleagues and the individual departments, you will analyze our business processes and identify what we need in terms of new information and telecommunications technology. You will then make sure that the right technology is procured, that staff can operate it, and that it runs optimally. Regardless of whether it’s hardware or software, you make sure it works. In addition, you are a lifeline for colleagues if they can’t get their computer or headset to work as required.
