Anodizing is an electrochemical immersion process that enhances aluminum mesh with a protective oxide layer. This treatment improves durability and enables color customization.
The aluminum panels undergo several steps: degreasing, etching, rinsing, and dyeing. The natural oxide layer is removed and replaced with a clean, matte, satin finish. By adjusting bath parameters (temperature, electrolyte, aluminum content), we can achieve custom color effects and properties.
Benefits
- Corrosion protection through oxide layer
- Color customization via immersion dyeing
- Matte, uniform surface finish
- Tailored results through process control
